Don’t really know but Grimes is the only undecided sooner…… There are other rules like graduates can portal anytime, if a HC leaves they have 30 days to portal, etc…. Seems like you would want to decide or get out or you may not have the opportunity to stay where you were before going into portal……...

Does the portal window closing mean they are all trapped in the portal until it opens again? Or does it actually mean that the portal is closed to new entries—but one may exit the portal at any time regardless of portal window open or shut?

I agree. My feeling is that UWashington had just hit an unsustainable peak, and was about to return to its norm. And KD was gonna lose some luster. The timing was perfect for Deboer with the championship game appearance and Saban retiring.

I don’t think Thompson is taking a scholarship or much NIL. He desperately wanted a place to go with top notch rehab facilities to come back from his torn ACL. Also he will be able to participate in OU pro day 2025.
