Well, Riley left at the end of the regular season and Stoops coached our bowl game. I don't know why it would be any different for an OC.

Mateer's QB coach and OC goes to Oklahoma. Mateer enters the portal at essentially the same time. Seems to me that the only way Mateer doesn't come to OU is if another program wants him more than OU.......and I'd expect we (and Arbuckle)...
