Yearly subforums in the recruiting forum
I was wondering if it would be possible to make a subfolder in Recruiting File folder for classes, i.e. 2023, 2024, 2025, etc., then drop each of the posts about offers, etc. into the appropriate year.
I think in so doing, it would be a lot easier and faster to located specific recruits, if you were researching them for example.
Just an idea, not a demand. Have a great day and wait for the next wave of fireworks to begin.

FYI, I use the search feature at top when seeing a new offer or news to find out if thread exists. But like your idea on classes. Could still make threads within the year by recruit.

Not trying to create additional work for you, (I'd do it if I could), but I was thinking maybe leave the 2023 recruits open in the main forum since we are in the middle of the 2023 recruiting year, and just add a separate sub-forum for 2024 and 2025 year recruits, now that we are recruiting them actively.

So I created some subforums and starting moving the class of 24.
What do you think so far? @OU Guy @Bixby_Sooner
Do you like the titles ?
Can you see the new stuff ?
I think that I gave OU Guy permission to move threads within the Recruiting forum. So hopefully he will be able to move threads into the correct years.
If you like how it is going OU Guy and I can move some more

The question is “what to move”. I moved all the 23 booms to that thread but left the other 23 info on main recruit board. Maybe thats the way to go so we’ll still have general recruitimg info on main recruit board? Some recruits never commit so I don’t think we want them in the yewr sub boards?
My thought is lookikg ahead down the road in a year it will be nice to open a thread on a player from 23 and catch up. If we post all 23 on that board it will become cluttered. Some articles qnd info are avoit several classes so thats still good on main recruit board?
Give me some opinions this is for everyone. No one gave me an instruction manual lol. Thoughts?

Sounds like you are off to a great start. It looks good to me. As time goes on , you will figure how to organize it. You can split threads up, combine them, etc.
