Some of your recruiting experts give me names that you think OU will get four or 5-star kids ranking for OU in the 2024 commits.

Grant Brix
Daniel Akinkunmi
Jordan Seaton
Williams Nwaneri (Flip)
Danny Okoye (commits Wed)
Jayshawn Ross
Devon Jordan
Michael Boganowski
Terry Bussey

Won’t get all and the flip is just wishful thinking if Mizzou has a bad year and we do great.

If I may add one other note. Danny Stutsman is off to a terrific start, garnering national defensive player of the week vs SMU (who has a great offense). He is up for the Butkus award, and others. If he can keep it up amd win at least Butkus this will give us some great “defensive” press in only staffs 2nd year.

December is known as Merry Flipmas because some recruits always flip late. If our D stays better and Stutsman wins award/s that might move the needle for players like Nwarni. Or others

I was listening to KREF and Thune said Nwaneri and Seaton are scheduled in as vistors against Iowa State. That would be huge if they make it. He did say Seaton, the big OL has a new favorite....Colorado. :ou: :BV:

I would say if WN comes for a visit on his own dime then the door is still cracked open a bit. I don’t think we get any of the others on the above list.

We have 24 so far. That's 24 for 2024. :dude: Drumm said we are looking at taking 28 for this year.

I think the huge UK OL with many letters in his name will commit.

Nwaneri will be a take if he decides to flip. (Heard, and read they are still trying to flip McKinney, the texas pledge)

And Devon Jordan the DB.

So Russ, to answer your question it could be 28.
