Well Sooners lost by 18 but the score was a lil closer.....but not bad against the #1 Team in the Country.Kinda funny seeing the Ignorant Auburn fan holding a sign"Welcome to the SEC"............Big 12 overall will rub a mud hole in the SEC as a Basketball conference.
Opinions are still "OK" ...Correct?

With the way we continually shot ourselves in the foot, winning was an impossibility. All the unforced turnovers just compounded the talent disparity between us and Auburn. They have a one-and-done forward that hit almost everything he threw up and a 7 foot + center that was extremely light on his feet, allowing him to come out of no where to block our lay-ups. Still we cut a 15 pt lead to 3 at the start of the 2nd half only to have our turnovers and poor shooting let them balloon the score back out.
Just wonder how we can get this team back to the playing level they had when they beat Arkansas.

Yes, and before today's loss OU had won 9 years in a row in the Big 12/SEC Challenge. I think we'll manage ok in the mighty SEC.

OU Men's BB Team drop a game to the #1 Auburn Tigers in a tough road game on Saturday. Here is the staff post-game article about the contest.

https://soonersports.com/news/2022/1/29 ... uburn.aspx

The Sooners were within 3 points with 12:24 left in the second half. But Auburn finished very strongly as they outscored OU 36-21 the rest of the game to win 86-68,

The Sooners, now 13-8, play TCU on Monday at LNC at 8 PM. The Sooners lost a tough game in Ft. Worth earlier this season 58-59. Hopefully the Sooners can rebound after their road trip to Auburn to win their second game with TCU and win two Big 12 games in a row.

I still like what Moser has done he has some big wins this year. Had 3 leftover players and will take a few years to being in the players he wants. Without a full recruiting cycle he likely missed out on some and had to settle for what was left in portal. The rest of Big 12 mostly laid an egg especially Kansas.
