The Oklahoma Sooners Women's Tennis team upset #5 Pepperdine last night 4-2 to reach the finals of the ITA Nationals in Madison, WI. The match last night was sealed by a victory by Emma Staker (OU) who defeated Nikki Redelijk (PEPP) 6-4, 4-6, 7-6 (7-5) before playing time expired.
The #8 ranked Sooners defeated the #1 ranked Texas Longhorns on Saturday.
The Sooners now face #2 ranked North Carolina in the championship match today at Noon.
