Oklahoma M&W Cross Country in Regional Meets today in Columbia

The Oklahoma Sooner Men and Women Cross Country teams will compete in the Regional Meets today in Columbia, MO. The Women will send 8 runners off at 11 AM while the Men will send 4 runners off at noon.

The Sooner Women Cross Country Team showed out well again yesterday in the Midwest Regionals in Columbia, MO as they finished 13th in the field.

Once again the Sooner Women posted personal bests times for most of their runners. The Women are improving as this year progresses. Kudos to them as a team. OU finished 3rd among Big 12 teams. behind OSU and Iowa State. OSU is very good.

The Men's team only had four runners compete in the Regional.
