The Sooners Men's and Women's Track and Field Squads took a slimmed down team to the Arkansas Qualifier in Fayetteville, Ark. on Friday and performed well.
Once again, personal best were reached by several Sooner athletes. The best might have been Yazmine Wright, who ran to a massive personal-best in the women's mile run with a time of 4:39.45, the second fastest time in school history.
Here is the staff writers article about the competition.

The Sooners next competition is the Big 12 Indoor Track and Field Championship in Lubbock, Texas, Feb. 24-25.
Good luck as they prepare for the Big 12 meet.
