S J Geurin Status

I have been revisiting/reviewing some of OUr past recruiting classes, and seems that Geurin was rated #1 pitcher. Granted, OU is loaded at pitcher this year, what with Jordy, Storako, Nicole May and Deal (bringing her along slowly).
But what about Geurin? I haven't heard anything about her this year. Is she red-shirting to save a year of eligibility next year when Storako moves on?

According to most sources including the Sooner's, Guerin was a top 25 recruit and the #7 ranked pitcher in 2022 (same class as Deal who was #1 ranked recruit). PG said back in early February that she would be redshirting this year, so barring an injury to one of the pitchers, I would assume that to be the case for this year.

Just as an FYI, her last name is spelled (counterintuitively, I think) Geurin, instead of the way one would expect it to be spelled. I have seen it spelled both ways, but I think that the e comes before the u in this case...

I watched SJ yesterday in the bullpen. She looks stronger and throwing heat. Not the same person from the fall for sure!
