I think I would have

Jocelyn Alo, Tiare Jennings, Lauren Chamberlain and Keilani Ricketts as my Mt. Rushmore for the Sooners.

The next four would be:

Paige Parker
Jayda Coleman
Jordy Bahl
Shelby Pendley

This is really hard to do. It's why you can't build statues to players or retire numbers. The statues would ring the stadium and the second would leave us with few double digit numbers to assign. And then where would the cut off be? There are a number of Sooner players who are arguably the best at their position ever to play the game. All that said, Jennings, Coleman, Alo, Ricketts.

I'll go by national awards.

Ricketts and Alo are both 2-time National Players of the Year. That's automatic.

After that, we have four players that are 4-time All Americans.

Tiare Jennings is the only Sooner to have 4 first-team All-Americans. She's in.

Lauren Chamberlain and Jayda Coleman each have 3 first-team All-Americans and one second-team. Paige Parker has 2 first-team and 2 second-teams.

If I have to pick only 4, it's Ricketts, Alo, Jennings, and Chamberlain. If I could add a fifth face, it would be Coleman.

I have disagree. I think it is why you retire numbers .

We need to retire the numbers of the sooner greats - Chamberlain, Alo, ricketts, Jennings, Colemans, Pendley, Parker, Romero and some others. They all need to be in our hall of fame . I don't think we have a hall of fame but we need one

Numbers are infinite. We can always use 3 or 4 digits.

Greatness needs to be rewarded

Ps.

I hope that Sydney Romero is the head coach at OU soon. Or before I keel over.

Why would you want to pick a new coach Oh, I get it I think. Our current coach is too predictable.

the only thing I would change from this list is Lypns for Jennings by narrowest of margins . To be fair I think there should be 12 slots on the softball Mt. Rushmore .

Alo, Ricketts, and Jennings are locks for me. Last spot I probably still have Chamberlin but it can be debated.

1. Keilani Ricketts
2. Jocelyn Alo
3. Tiare Jennings
4. Lauren Chamberlain (**If Chamberlain would have been injury free her HR's and statistics would have been far better and would have been ranked higher on my list.)
