Anyone heard who is playing/returning to the lineup?
SoonerScoop practice report yesterday indicated that Anderson, Hickman, Dolby, & Gentry Williams were returning this week. Also speculated that even Troy Everett & Jake Taylor may return as well.
Can Sooners and Vols find common ground? Yes, yes they can!

Did this ever happen?
I would have thought someone would have posted it but I haven't seen anything....

All I hear these days is poppycock
Comin’ from the Tennessee hills
Toothless Volunteers spout poppycock
‘Round their moonshine stills
Talkin' heads keep gushin' poppycock
A-bout Tennessee
"Bettin' on them Vols is such a lock"
"They're the real S-E-C!"
Poppycock! That’s all I see
This love for Tennessee
Plain ol’ poppycock
Just poppycock to me
Just poppycock to me
Guess we’ll settle this on Saturday
Settle it on the field
Volunteers gonna watch us pull away
Gonna leave unfulfilled
Guess they’ll learn it all was poppycock
Gonna learn E-$PiN’s lame
Guess they’ll learn that all that poppycock
Won’t help win’em a game
Poppycock! That’s all I see
This love for Tennessee
Plain ol’ poppycock
Just poppycock to me
Just poppycock to me

Tennessee Offensive Stats:
#1 in points/game
#1 in points/play
#2 in total yards/game
#3 in rushing yards/game
#3 in rushing yards/attempt
#23 in pass yards/game
#10 in yards/pass attempt
Tennessee Defensive Stats:
#3 in Points Allowed/Game
#5 in Points Allowed/Play
#2 in Total Yards Allowed/Game
#2 in Yards allowed/play
#4 in Rush yards allowed/game
#2 in rush yards allowed/attempt
#5 in Pass yards allowed/game
#7 in pass yards allowed/attempt
It will be interesting to see if and how much of a swing will change these stats after this week?Tennessee Actually has not face anyone yet,Temple and Houston at least have had a football presence at one point and time but I know this year they are not there. But to think that Tennessee will come into Norman and walk over the Sooners is funny to me( hence -6.5 the small spread..............Vegas isnt even that confident) ,but as stated by others thats why we play the game.I will say this is not the first time we have been home dogs and if research is done,I dont think we have fared to bad when it has happened. Not saying OU will win but my Money is gonna be on the Sooners ...points or not.Sooner Magic may make an appearance...........................
Actually 6.5 for a visiting team to a top 25 team's stadium is a HUGE spread. I agree that these stats are pretty meaningless considering the teams that UT has faced, but they are VERY good up front on the defensive line, and if Jackson Arnold has to win this game for us, we're HOSED! (He's going to be a great QB one day, but he isn't there yet.) I'm hoping all the hype for UT has them overconfident and that our defense does exactly what they've been doing this year and gets a couple of turnovers, and I'll be screaming for a win, but I will NOT be shocked by a loss. (What I would REALLY like is for OU to come into a season without having FIRST STRING guys injured by the double digits! )
