There saying the offensive staff plans to play many of our true freshmen linemen in this game.Great way to see what they have, &
Who wants to play. The cool part is they won,t burn a red shirt year this late in the season. They said they plan to keep it simple,
& turn them loose. I can not wait to see what we have for the future.

Interesting game Saturday
I think your question answer is I believe it has something to do with the redshirt thing. With only four games left they fall with in
That frame. So if we find some of those that are good enough to start, this game should tell. Thats what I get from it. I assume until
they see them in a real game, then they know how if there ready to throw them out there. Just my guess.

...seems like a no-brainer for the HC, (or maybe a desperate clutching for any solution. Maybe even a suggestion from Coach BedenBaugh that Venables green lighted.)
Even if they're not ready, playing them in a game with the "Maine Black Bears" that doesn't threaten their redshirt is a safe move for the future.
Sometimes an opportunity is all a young athlete needs
Have a feeing it could make a difference too, in the big picture.
OU is a 5 TD favorite.
By any consideration SOONERS should cover the line by halftime.
(Yet this season has been staggering in terms of disappointment thus far, so who knows.)
Earlier I had considered attending this game because I thought tickets would be available.
But the chance of inclement weather and my own frustration with the 2024 SOONER campaign has influenced me to not go.
This game Saturday IS interesting because it may indicate whether a Bowl Game ibid is even possible.
I'm not sure anymore...but I'm still hopeful. We'll know soon.
