The Sooners got scalding hot in the second half. I believe they were 18-22 from the field after the break. We've seen ISU have that kind of game against OU up in Ames before so it was nice to see the tables turned. Bijan Cortes played a spectacular second half. He did a great job of facilitating the offense and distributing the ball. The Sooners were getting great looks at the basket the last 10 to 12 minutes when they made their run. A lot of layups and close shots. It was a total team effort. Jacob Groves had some really nice post-up plays down low that kept the momentum going. Considering the competition, it was definitely their best half of the year. Moser continues to push the right buttons. Great hire!
I may not always be right, but I'm never wrong!

Bijan played great, I would imagine he feels pretty good about it https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106677/me ... 749811200/
Jack Mildren is why I always wore #11

We are #26-28 in the polls.

I DVDed the game and watched it this afternoon. Cortes is amazing, but needs to cut down on his turnovers. There was one amazing play where Harkless passed it to Cortes in the lane and he tapped the ball to a Sooner (Can't remember if it was Jacob or Hill) cutting to the basket for an easy lay-up. As the play developed you could not see the cutter, yet Cortes expected him and had the ball less than a second before tapping it to him To paraphrase a classic movie.... the basketball force is strong in this one.
