I must have something wrong. She's from New Jersey, plays for the BatBusters and her mom is a Longhorn? That's all over the map.

I can verify that she is from NJ and she has played 2 years for the Batbusters.

As for her mom being a Longhorn, I had heard that but I don't know if it is true or not.

Bordi’s mother was a swimmer for Texas. I think the fact that she went across the country to play for the Batbusters, which is known for sending players to OU, kind gave away her decision.

I can’t find it now, but I did see a tweet (an “X”???) that appeared to be her mom (referenced Texas swimming in bio) and expressing her support for her decision and promising to be in crimson and cream for her ball games.

The only acceptable response for a mother - children trump all. She’ll always be a horn, but she’ll be a Sooner while her daughters involved.
