...SOONER 5 Star Commit Fasusi was originally scheduled to attend the OU/BAMA game Saturday in Norman, but now slated to visit texass in Austin this weekend.
No, this is not good at all. It’s too late in the recruiting cycle for OU to find a talented replacement if we lose Fasusi. Anyone we can get at this point would just be a warm body.
That's why I don't get excited any more when a stud player "commits" - it doesn't mean anything at all. Until that LOI is signed, it doesn't mean squat.

You were right the first time.......the NIL means so much more than the LOI
I don’t like NIL either but it’s here to stay. There is no going back to the way things were.
OU can either participate in NIL by outspending other schools for the most talented players, or become a has-been program that finishes in the middle (or bottom) of the SEC standings every year.

Unless schools money whip players or have formal language requiring players to pay back benefits in the event of a transfer in their NIL deals, there's nothing binding players to schools. It is annual free agency. With immediate & unlimited transfers, I don't know how coaches are supposed to build, develop, and maintain rosters anymore.

NOT GOOD!
Any news on the young feller's trip to the people's republik?
Is it the case he wished he was in Norman watching the upset, and watching the Sooner O-line bully the 'Tide D-line?
Asking for a friend.
