I suppose I understand - in theory - calling two timeouts for BYU, but not really. Our defense is not stopping this glorified HS team, particularly on third down. Make them earn their FG - they only had one time out - or go in at half up by 3 and get the ball coming out. Very questionable. We don't have a defense we can trust, not today, not two weeks ago, not three weeks ago, so I DO NOT UNDERSTAND why we keep acting like we do. Stoops had the same problem when he didn't have the defense he had had in the early years. It's a mindset that lost us games then and is losing us games now.

On our offensive pass routes, our receivers almost always have a defender in their shirts. However, our DB's are always 2-3 feet from their receivers.
I thought we were supposed to have the superior athletes.

Just replayed it. Near the goal line on last offensive series. Head hit the ground on the tackle.
