Women's Tennis Opens Spring Season Tomorrow at Home @ 11 and 2 !

The national runner-up Oklahoma Sooners Women's Tennis Team opens their spring season tomorrow at the Headington Family Tennis Center with two matches. At 11 AM they match up with Missouri and at 2 PM they match up with Tarleton State. Here is the staff writers article about the DH matches.

The #4 ranked Oklahoma Women's Tennis Team opened their 2023 Season in style yesterday as they swept Missouri and Tarleton State AND shutout both teams for the day. OU defeated Missouri 7-0 and then defeated Tarleton State 4-0. The Sooners sent out 8 different players in the two matches yesterday and used a different single and doubles lineup in the two matches showing that the team has some strong depth as well.

The team's next action is on January 17th is at home against Wyoming in the Headington Family Tennis Center at 5 PM. I will attend my first tennis match at OU on Tuesday night. As good as these women are, everyone should try to get out to watch them at least once. I am looking forward to seeing them play in person.
