There are some indications on another board that he might be a PWO.

I think someone is confused. Blake is not a PWO. The most recent PWO offer is to Drew Batt an OL from Turpin, OK (8 man football). That announcement came out about the same time as Smith's commitment.

Other recent PWO offers include: Cale Fugate ATH (Bixby), C J Compton OL (Shawnee), and Eli Mereck WR (Norris, SC) and Trey Brown WR (Nashville).

Ikard and Lehman were not overly impressed with his statistics. They believe he will be the "dirty work" TE - clearing the way on sweeps and bubble screens.
