More Sooner Softball Milestones: Jennings, Lyons and More - 3/19

Here are a few more milestones concerning Sooner Softball Milestones for Players.

Tiare Jennings:

Jennings hit 2 HRs this weekend and moved herself into 4th on the Sooner HR list with 62 HRs. She passed Jessica Shultz's 61 HRs (2010-13). Next up is Shelby Pendley with 65 HRs.
Jennings had 7 RBIs this weekend and moved herself closer to 6th (Shelby Pendley w 214). Jennings now has 206 RBI.

Grace Lyons:

Lyons hit 2 HRs this weekend and moved herself into 8th on the Sooner HR list with 51 HRs. She passed Keilani Ricketts' 50 HRs (2010-13). Next up is Sydney Romero with 54 HRs.
Lyons has had 14 RBIs on 2023. That moves her into 10th on the Sooner RBI list with 186 RBIs. She passed Lisa Carey's with 184 RBIs (1998-2001). Next up is Shelby Pendley with 189 RBI and Ashli Barrett with 190 RBI.

Nicole May:

May has crossed the 200.0 IP mark with her 50.0 IP in 2023. She now has 227.1 IP. She is 22.2 IP from the 250 IP mark.
May has crossed the 250 Ks career mark with her 78 Ks in 2023. She now has 273 career strikeouts. She is now 27 Ks from the 300 K mark.

Jordy Bahl:

Bahl has crossed the 250 Ks career mark with her 69 Ks in the 2023. She now has 274 career strikeouts. She is now 26 Ks from the 300 K mark.
Bahl has a career total of 195.1 IP with her 54.0 innings in 2023. She is now 4.2 innings from a career 200 IP mark.

(For May and Bahl - The Top 10 marks for Oklahoma Innings Pitched and Ks are 557.2 IP and 456 Ks.)

Alex Storako:

Storako had a 69-20 record at Michigan. With her 10 wins in 2023, she has 79 career wins. She passed the 75 career Win mark and is 11 from 90 Wins for her career.
Storako pitched 563.2 innings at Michigan. With her 44.2 innings in 2023, she now has 608.1 career innings. She is 41.2 innings from 650 career innings.
Storako recorded 901 Ks at Michigan. With her 67 Ks in 2023, she now has 968 career Ks. She is 32 from 1000 Ks in her career.
(With her 968 Ks, Storako would be tied for 2nd with Paige Parker's career K total. Ricketts has an amazing total of 1605 Ks!)

Haley Lee:

Lee hit 47 HRs at Texas A&M. With her 5 HRs in 2023, she has passed the career 50 HR mark with 52 career HRs.
Lee recorded 130 RBI at Texas A7M. With her 27 RBI in 2023 she has passed the 150 career RBI mark and now has 157 career RBI.

Thanks for posting all this information. There are a lot of milestones mentioned for a lot of players. I hope Grace can clear the 200 RBI mark and I also hope Alex can get her 1000 strikeout mark. How impressive both of those would be.
Appreciate all the hard work you put into this.

I for one hope we never see another pitcher break into the Top 10 in innings pitched. I think Coach Gasso's change in philosophy of having an elite STAFF of pitchers is not only better for the team, but it is much better for the players physically.
