Peyton Monticelli was a HS phenom and is tall and big bodied. Her freshman ERA at Wisconsin is 2.71. I wonder if this means she is the only pitcher transfer and Vawter will go elsewhere, or is the door still open for Vawter of Stanford?

The posts I saw from reporters that I'm told are insiders to the program indicate that this was not the only Portal announcement to be made. No time frame was given on any announcement.
To me, Vawter remains a possibility until she signs somewhere other than OU.

Yeah I agree I believe vawter is still in play but won't be till after she gets back from south Africa July 14th.
