I believe it’s September 8th. But I am starting to wonder now. We have heard that he is a heavy OU lean for a long time, but as of a couple nights ago, he had removed all OU photos from his Instagram page. Every photo on his insta page is of Nigel in A&M gear.

Its really unknown. After Nawarni went to Mizzou people lost faith in the so called experts so no one believes them now. And the recrhit is very close to the vest. We’ll know Fri and if he comes thats great if not we’ll be ok.

I've heard and read that Coach Bates is planning to attend Dominick McKinley's game in Layafette, LA on Friday night, which also just happens to coincide with the announcement of his commitment which will be held earlier (3:30 p.m.) on Friday.

Hmmm I wonder what time Coach Bates' plane arrives.

Hopefully, this is the start of another avalanche of commitments in September for the good guys.

Now if only we can get David Stone in WN's ear between now and ESP in December...

My concern with him,

He shut down recruiting a month ago after visiting another school.

He is quiet so nothing much leaks out

It was Tx/aTm for the past month with a few others sprinkled in

Only in the last 4 days or so has OU seemed in the race, with him being quiet what changed?

Could be Stone worked him over?

And Bates being there is a big deal.

So, I really don’t know but the socials have been mostly tight lipped on this one. Would love to have him. Hope he picks the good guys

I think it’s very strange that Bates would go to a hs game in La. the night before our opening game. Now if he’s jus there for the announcement and then hustling back to Norman, that I can understand.
