Recent Posts feature on the Board's index

We added an extension to the Board Index page that display Recent Posts.
It is configurable in the User Control Panel.

turn it off entirely if you don't want it
Screen location : Top, bottom or Right.
Number of topics to show per page
Sort by topic start time, instead of last post time
Only show unread topics
Number of topics and pages to show
