Show is on tonight. Top 4, Penix. Nix. Daniels Harrison

They trying to make a tv show now.

My guess is Penix wins. He has all his teammates and coaches names inside his jacket. Nice touch .

I apologize for the delay in posting the result, but the show was terrible and i turned it off ran errands then went to the gym……

Looks like the lsu qb won it over Penix, forst time in several years a QB not playing for CC won it…..a relatively close vote…..

...is it just me zg, or does the Heisman Trophy seem to be less relevant than it did.

I do still think it's the single greatest trophy awarded in ALL sports...but somehow this season I just didn't pay a lot of attention.

I haven't thought the Heisman as relevant sine they gave it to Tim Crouch over Roy Williams. They say the Heisman signifies the best player in College football. BALDERDASH! It goes to the OFFENSIVE player that may or may not be the best OFFENSIVE player in college football.

Sorry I have not been following the Heisman race much of late. But what happened with Dillon, & Caleb in the end?

I was pulling for Marvin to move the trophy away from the best QB award.

Yes this year it is less relevant. iMO it is because there was no tie to winning or having a Heisman moment this year If you go to CFBstats.com and look at QB performance Penix Nix and Daniels are all right there together Penix and Nix having the edge in passing numbers and Daniel’s have the edge in rushing numbers …..But as I remember Daniel’s had NO big wins and 3 losses and did not play for CC and no Heisman moment . Penix had the big wins and Heisman moment and a great back story having worked through 4 season ending injuries persevering. Also LSU chased stats for Daniel’s playing him all the way through blowouts and meaningless games ….

Without a Heisman moment for the winner it feels like there is no Heisman that year…..

I can’t believe Caleb Williams name was not even mentioned? I bet he & his dad can look back in the mirror shaking there heads.
Any recruit considering USC are Fooling there selves. I would think others schools recruiting against them are using that
against them! 🤔

I don’t have the stats in front of me but imo Dillon Gavriel outplayed Caleb this season. Dillon has the most quality win of any QB in the country this year vs tx. Teams 1 and 2 are unbeaten and 3 is tx with one loss and DG beat them. Too bad we lost those 2 games else DG would have been in top 3.

Well your right, that also shocked me. I assume it,s not just about records? Dillon out produced most of them.

Please tell me the winner goes to the NFL this year. We play them next fall and would like another starter other than the Heisman winner.

I believe Jaydan is a Junior, but he would be a fool not to go pro now. A Heisman this year doesn't mean a Heisman next year.....think Caleb. He will have competition with Caleb, Drake, and Bo but that gives him a chance to get a "better" team. But I've always thought before you can get to the big money, you have to go thru the rookie contract.....so the earlier you can begin, the sooner you get to the big contract. Sometimes thing work out for the best......think Brock Purdy, Mr. Irrelevant".....

During the Heisman show the moderator said Jayden had one more year at LSU nd they panned to Kelly the coach and he held up one finger…so IDK like you said Jayden should go now and get on a better team , but it seemed like one more year had been agreed on…..but surprisingly LSU was terrible on defense so they are beatable even with Jayden hence their 3 losses…..
