Sooner Men's Gymnastics host Tri-Meet @ McCasland at 5:45 PM !

The Oklahoma Sooner Men's Gymnastics Team (Ranked #2) host Ohio State (#6 Ranked) and Arizona State (Club Program) at McCasland Field House Saturday at 5:45 PM. Saturday is OU's annual Cleveland Night, celebrating the program's longtime relationship with Norman's Cleveland Elementary School. Saturday is also Safari Night, featuring a petting zoo with exotic animals, a balloon artist, face painters and a t-shirt giveaway, as well as $2 beers, sodas and popcorn.

FOLLOW ALONG
The meet will be televised via SoonerVision on ESPN+ with Chad McKee and Matt Wenske on the call. Live scoring will be available via OUStats.com.

Oklahoma is unbeaten against its last 71 opponents, encompassing 61 consecutive meets, held inside McCasland Field House, dating back to the 2007 season. The streak began on March 17, 2007 with a victory over Iowa. OU's last loss in the field house was March 3, 2007 against Ohio State.

I'm traveling today.....getting back south from cold gloomy Wisconsin.
Folks close to Norman.....get your butts at The Field House......damned historic!
And will be a Great TIME!

The Oklahoma Men's Gymnastics Team performed well last night at McCasland Field House against the Ohio State and the Arizona State Club program. Ou posted a 411.500 Team score for 1st Place with Ohio state finished in 2nd place with a 400.600 and Arizona State in 3rd with a 379.000 score.

The attendance for the Tr-Meet was a record crowd of 2,111 fans The attendance figure, which included a record 651 OU students, is the highest men's gymnastics attendance in the nation this season.

The Sooners won the Pommell (68.700), the Rings (66.550), The Parallel Bars (69.900) and the High Bar (66.050) last night. On the other two events, the Sooners posted their season's best score. On the Floor the Sooners posted a 68.100 and on the Vault they scored a 72.200.

The Sooner top performers on each event were:

Junior Emre Dodanli won floor exercise with a 14.500, his eighth event title in four meets this season.
Sophomore Ignacio Yockers won pommel horse with his 14.700 score.
Sophomore Adriel Perales-Valencia won still rings with his 13.750.
Freshman Colin Flores won the all-around with a score of 80.300 and won parallel bars with his 14.200.
Freshman Max Bereznev tied for the vault title with his 15.000, which also ties for the highest vault score nationally this season.
Sophomore Kelton Christiansen led the way with his 13.750 on the high bar.

Oklahoma will compete at McCasland Field House again next Saturday against MPSF foe California. The meet is set for a 1:45 p.m. start.
