:surrender: Lamar gets a walk and (I think) 3ks to end inning. Pickering leads off with single and steals 2nd.

KD looked good today, from the backstop camera her movement from left to right really moves a lot, can't tell about up and down.
Is the infield grass turf with sand over the turf, can't tell from the camera.

The D1 softball scoreboard is SO screwed up!!! They have a final score of OU losing to McNeese 0-14, and the game hasn't even been played.

Is White River still with us? (I haven't seen a post from him in a very long time.)

Okay, it's 7PM Central now, and the pre-game radio show is on the Franchise now, with Chris Plank commenting, and so it's about to begin. I would bet it's quite cold in lake Charles.

The Clearwater games, or at least some of them, are being rained out, I think.

In the first, Brito gets a triple , then Riley Ludlam hits a double and Brito scores. 1-0 Sooners. Jennings drives Ludlam home, so 2-0 OU. Coleman singles, and Jennings moves to third base. New pitcher for McNeese. Coleman moves to 2nd base. Hansen gets walked. Sanders has the bases loaded and pops out.

Well, we squeak by McNeese 3-0, pitching and fielding pretty well, several pitchers, we hit well at first, and then sputtered around. Nasty-a*s weather.

Yes....it was nasty a$$ weather down in Lake Charles...I think a lot of our lack of productivity was that it just freakin cold. Nobody really wanted to be out there--they just probably said "let's end this and go get warm."
And yes, they got the morning games in at Clearwater, but anything after about 1:30 yesterday got rained out. And they may not get any games played today either....last night at 10pm they were forcasting rain all day today. I haven't checked myself yet so don't know if that's happening or not.
At least we are just having to fight the cold.

Great question.

White River---you still around?

He always screen captured the starting lineups and threw them up on the board and had a great game thread pxp.

You still there WR??
