Mississippi State game

MS St. goes up 2-0 with a HR by the Bullogs off of Nicole May. Bottom of first, Coleman batting. She gets on base with a grounder that is misplayed.

Tiare gets a homer with Jayda on, so score is 2-2 now. Inning over, and on to inning #2. Lead off batter gets a single for MS St. Tiare errs on a grounder. No outs, and runners on first and third. We get 2 outs and then another error that allows a run to score. Now 3-2 MS St. On to bottom of 2nd inning.

Bottom of 2nd we get a couple hits, and are now up 4-3, with 2 outs. Jennings up with a 2-2 count.Jennings k's again. On to inning #3. I wouldn't mind if we had a pitching change, either. They're getting a lot of wood on May's pitches.

Nice bottom of the 2nd. Parker singles, Pickering flies out Hodge slap singles, Boonie doubles and scores Parker, Jayda bloop sacs Hodge home, and Tiare K's. OU up 4-3 going to the 3rd.

Anybody got a URL for a box score so that I can follow along with the stats?

SoonerSports "live stats" are not working - get a 404 message

Bottom of 5th and OU up 7-3. (Geurin was brought in to pitch in the last inning, and got 3 outs in a row.) Pickering leads off and got a single. Torres up now. She K's. One out. Boone at the plate. She hits a long fly to left for an out. Jayda up. Infield single for Jayda. Runners on first and third. Wild pitch, and we score from 3rd. Tiare batting. Hard grounder off the pitcher's foot, scoring Coleman, now 9-3. Pitching change for MS St. again. Hansen is batter up. Fly's out.


On to top of 6th inning.

Top of 6th. Sadly, Plank has corrected his pronunciation of the word "pinch", and no longer says pinge. First batter up is a K! 2nd batter walks. Next batter grounds out. Pitching change, Maxwell in to pitch. Gets a K. Inning over. On to 7th inning.

This thing ends 9-3.

Thanks for that.....I'll try that today. I don't figure live stats will be working again today---or tomorrow.
