Wow, we have a tough schedule next year!

This article is about the key player for each top 25 team.

The key takeaway for the Sooner fans is the stark reminder that we have an incredibly killer schedule. OU faces 5 teams currently in the preseason top 10 - numbers 3, 5, 6, 8 and 10. And only one of those is a home game. We also throw in a home game against #15.

...I truly think it is the toughest schedule in my lifetime!

And I think Venables Team 130 is ready for it.
I think OU will field one of the Top 3 or 4 defenses in the SEC.
I think Jackson Arnold will shock the country with his talent.
I think the SOONER run game will be vastly improved because I'm confident Coach B. will developa great O-line & Sawchuck could compete for All Conf. honors.(If he's healthy. Worry about his hammy problems.) and the newcomers for Demarco's RB room will force the SEC to pick their poison. Stop the run...Arnold will slice you up. Stop Arnold...running game will make you pay.
I think the kicking game will get better and better as the 24 season progresses.

I'm not discounting the difficulty of the Fall schedule. It's a gauntlet! The schedule makers made sure it was. Don't expect any favors from the officials.

I just believe OKLAHOMA is ready, is coming to compete right away, and could very well be undefeated when they face the shorthorns in the Cotton Bowl.

I originally predicted several losses but as things transpire my confidence is growing.
