Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.

The software that this board runs on is called phpbb. Periodically we have software updates. These updates change a setting that we need to make uploading attachments work.
We had one of these updates recently so the ability to upload attachments hasn't been working. I have resolved the issue but it is likely to return in the future when another phpbb update. These updates occur about once a year.
If you see a message is "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached." when you are trying to upload an attachment, please let me I know and I will fix the issue.
